High-performance Service Entrance Cable available in Style R (SER) and Style U (SEU) configurations for residential, commercial, and light industrial power distribution. Constructed with compact stranded AA-8000 series aluminum alloy (or bare copper) conductors and flame-retardant, moisture- and heat-resistant XHHW-2 cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. SER cable features insulated phase conductors, an insulated neutral, and a bare equipment grounding conductor wrapped in reinforcement tape—ideal for panelboard feeders, sub-panels, heat pumps, and heavy branch circuits. SEU cable features two insulated phase conductors wrapped by a concentric stranded neutral conductor—designed for overhead service entrances from the meter socket to the main distribution panel. Both styles are encased in a heavy-duty, sunlight-resistant PVC outer jacket rated for 600V service in wet or dry locations up to 90°C.
